Scotland's Life Sciences Awards Dinner celebrates outstanding achievements and contributions within Scotland’s thriving life sciences sector, recognising the achievements of leading innovators and providing a platform to showcase excellence, collaboration, and growth in the industry.
Roslin Innovation Centre hosted a table which included representatives from Dyneval, a tenant company and a finalist in the Innovation: Animal Health, AgriTech, and Aquaculture category.
Scotland continues to be a world-class leader in the AgTech space and we congratulate Dyneval in making the final three, in what is a tough selection process, and although the company didn't win we enjoyed the award ceremony and are immensely proud to have them as part of our innovation ecosystem.
It was exciting to see Dyneval’s team showcased on the big screen and an honour for the company to be recognised as part of Scotland’s thriving life sciences community - a sector driving innovation, improving health, and making a tangible impact on the environment.
The company has come a long way since first raising investment just three years ago, building their first product, the Dynescan, now sold into 11 countries around the world, producing data correlated with reproductive success and enabling producers to make better breeding decisions.
Dyneval is committed to advancing their platform technology, delivering practical solutions and empowering Dynescan customers with vital data to improve production efficiencies through precise measurement in the fertility, chemicals, and biotech sectors.
Dyneval has recently introduced Spanish language support for Dynescan Semen Analyser, enhancing accessibility for Latin American users with Portuguese in the pipeline.
Clear communication in labs and farms is of key importance. Whilst English is widely used, Spanish and Portuguese dominate Latin America, making accessibility crucial. A language barrier can lead to errors in data collection, misinterpretation of results, and reduced efficiency.
Ensuring that users can operate Dynescan with confidence in their preferred language is essential to achieving accurate and reliable outcomes.
At Roslin Innovation centre, we are excited to see what's next for Dyneval and the growth in distribution of their innovative platform technology.
