RIC Lunchtime Seminar: Doing the deal you need

Roslin Innovation Centre is hosting a series of monthly events for RIC tenants and members with short presentations on topics relevant to founding companies and SMEs. 

The format of these will be a brief presentation and Q&A of 30 to 40 minutes, followed by an opportunity for RIC tenants and members to have a one-to-one session with the presenters.

The topic of these events will vary from month to month which will cover data security, IP,  R&D tax breaks, mental health awareness, funding opportunities/schemes, lab sustainability, improving your negotiation skills,  new technology  etc.

This event is designed to improve business negotiating skills and will be presented by Patricia Barclay, who has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in supporting new startups. 


Patricia has worked in pharma, biotech, animal health and food science sectors on a wide variety of different issues and contracts globally including negotiating complex licensing and cooperation agreements.
